As we type this Blog, we are 8 days away from a flight and 15 days away from a cruise.
Just think, when we started this process, we had 2 years to plan and now we can almost taste it.
We are so looking forward to catching up with the people we have cruised with in the past, and those that we know from YouTube and have not met yet, and those we have never met.
This whole process makes me rather philosophic about the process. There have been a great deal of obstacles thrown in our way. First a ship change, then a board change, then a band review, then a government shutdown and finally some illnesses from some of the important attendees.
The cruise is still going on and we are going to make the best of it. The charity has the support of the entire community and NCL has been incredibly accomodating.
The next time I hope to add to the blog, we will be cruising and hopefully we will be able to vicariously bring you along.
